What to Expect
Your event timeline from start to finish
Arrival
We arrive one hour before your event start time to set up the cart and ensure everything is picture-perfect.
Setup
Custom menu, straws, napkins, and photos are all provided for a seamless experience. Each detail from flavors to finishing touches is designed to create the best and most unique matcha moment.
Serving
Handcrafted specialty matchas are made fresh at the Zoläla Matcha Cart. Serving time is typically two hours, depending on the number of drinks ordered.
Clean-up
We handle everything from picking up cups and trash to clearing the space and we'll be out of your way within 30 minutes.
